Tibetans hold protest on 66th anniversary of 17-point-agreement of China
Shimla, May 24 (ANI): Tibetans-in-exile at Shimla, held a protest march against Chinese authorities to mark the 66th anniversary of 17-point agreement, which Tibetans allege that it was forcefully imposed by Chinese authorities on Tibetan people in 1951. Shouting slogans against Chinese authorities, seeking United Nation's support and pressure of international community, large number of Tibetans held Tibetan national flags, placards and banners and marched here in Shimla. Scores of Tibetans gathered on Tuesday in Shimla to show their resentment against the Chinese 17-point agreement. This protest march was organized by the Regional Tibetan Youth Congress Shimla.
