Some states are demanding special package: Jayant Sinha
New Delhi, Feb 06 (ANI): Minister of State for Finance Jayant Sinha on Thursday said that several states are demanding for special package in the upcoming budget. Sinha, who attended the pre-budget meeting along with other ministers, said that they have discussed on how they could increase the Infrastructure spending. He also said that several states including Bihar, Punjab, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and some northeast states have demanded for special package. He further added that the finance commission is looking after this.
