Sharp decline in rail accidents due to track upgradation
New Delhi, Apr 22 (ANI): Prioritising the needs of the passengers, Indian Railways has strongly focused on their safety. Poorly linked tracks are often the main cause of accidents such as derailment. To avoid such mishaps all the tracks, which were damaged were removed, repaired and replaced with new ones. Often workers block the routes to fix the track. That has been one of the main reasons why trains get delayed.
