Salman Khan denies charges against him in hit and run case
Mumbai, March 27 (ANI): Bollywood actor Salman Khan on Friday denied all the charges in the 2002 hit and run case. Khan appeared before the court in Mumbai and recorded his statement before the magistrate. Khan is charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder in more than a decade old hit and run, a charge that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison. Reportedly, Khan told the court that neither was he driving nor was he drunk when the accident took place. However, according to his medical examination, alcohol content was found in his blood. Khan’s lawyer told that court that they would produce two witnesses in the case.
