SENIORS CUT STUDENTS ARMS WITH BLADE DURING RAGGING
The incidents of ragging do not seem to be coming to a halt even after many laws and stringent rules being made against it. In one case of ragging in a science and technology college of Bhopal, some senior students tortured a fresher and even cut his arms with a blade.
