SEBI TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST COMPANIES FOR VIOLATING NORMS
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) chief UK Sinha, while refusing to name Sahara Group, today said that legal action will be taken against those companies which are violating the norms prescribed by the market regulator or the Indian Companies Act.
