SC strikes down ACB's petition challenging Revanth Reddy's bail
New Delhi, July 03 (ANI): In a big relief to TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy, the Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a petition made by the Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau challenging the bail granted to him and two others in the cash for vote scam. The ACB had filed a special leave petition on Thursday in the court challenging the bail granted to Reddy, Harry Sebastain and Rudra Udaysimha by the Hyderabad High Court. The ACB said that the move will hamper the ongoing investigation in the case.
