SC stays summons to former PM Manmohan Singh in Coal Scam case
New Delhi, April 01 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Wednesday stayed the summons to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and five others by a Delhi court in connection with the coal scam case. The former Prime Minister and billionaire Kumar Mangalam Birla were asked to appear on April 8. The court has also stayed the summons to Birla and four others.
