SC rejects curative petition filed by Yakub, dismisses all the contentions raised by him
New Delhi, July 29 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the curative petition filed by 1993 Bombay blasts accused Yakub Memon dismissing all the contentions raised by him. The Supreme Court held that Yakub's curative petition was rightly disposed off. Order on death warrant will be coming shortly. Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam said that the decision on death warrant should be taken soon. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Governor has also rejected the mercy plea filed by Yakub.
