SC allows Centre, BCCI to suggest names of administrators
New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday deferred it judgment to name the interim administrators for the cricket board after arguments from the BCCI and the federal government and asked them to suggest names in a sealed envelope by January 27. Giving details, Petitioner, Aditya Verma, said the Supreme Court allowed the BCCI and the government to suggest names for the committee in a sealed envelope by January 27, adding the final judgment will be pronounced on January 30. Earlier, the court removed BCCI president Anurag Thakur and secretary Ajay Shirke for failing to implement administrative reforms within the body.
