Russian military host guided tour of 'liberated' Syrian village
Russian servicemen Wednesday visited the Syrian village of Kawkab, northeast of Damascus, hosting journalists on a guided visit to see what they said was the signing of an agreement allowing residents to return after the area was recaptured from the Islamist Al-Nusra group last year and men they said were opposition fighters handing over their weapons under a localised peace agreement.
