Rich display of culture marks the celebration of Rajasthan Diwas
Jaipur, April 1 (ANI): Recently held seven day long Rajasthan Diwas festival took the people of the state by awe. For the very first time in the history of 66 years of Rajasthan, tableau of all 7 divisions took part in the final procession that was taken from the Janpath in Jaipur. Hundreds of artists flocked from every nook and corner of state and exhibited their regional art and culture in the presence of Governor Kalyan Singh and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. Rajasthan, for the very first time in its history, witnessed such a grand celebration of its 66th foundation day. This seven-day long festival displayed the complete Rajsthani art and culture including traditional sports, regional cuisine, folk art, craft, dance and music. The Rajasthan government is now aiming to explore tourism in the state by organizing such events regularly.
