Ingredients
For Pressure Cook
White Peas - 200 gms
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Oil - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
For Gravy
Oil - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
A few Coriander leaves
Method:
1. Soak the White Peas, overnight in water.
2. Pressure cook the peas along with Turmeric powder, Onion, Oil & Water.
3. Mean while, Heat Oil in a pan, add Ginger Garlic paste, Chilli powder, Garam masala & mix well.
4. Now, transfer the cooked peas in to the pan & mix well.
5. Season it with Salt & mash the peas a little to get thick consistency.
6. Garnish it with Coriander leaves & serve it with Samosa.
