Prawn Tawa Fry Ingredients: Prawns - 1/2 kg Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Chili Powder - 2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1-1/2 tsp Salt Ginger Garlc Paste - 1 tsp Marinate for 15 minutes Oil (Coconut oil preferably) for frying Few Curry Leaves Green Chilis - 3 nos (slit) Method: 1. To the Prawns, add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and mix well 2. Let it marinate for 15 minutes. 3. In a Tawa heat some oil for frying 4. Add curry leaves and green chilis and saute 5. Finally add the marinated prawns and cook. Sprinkle some oil if needed Enjoy your tawa fried prawns with family and friends. Enjoy cooking!
