Politicos react as PM Modi refuses to meet Kejriwal due to prior appointments
New Delhi, June 30 (ANI): Political leaders on Tuesday react as Prime Minister Narendra Modi refused to meet Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal due to his prior appointments. The Prime Minister's office cited prior appointments as the reason for refusal of the meeting. Declining the appointment, the PMO has said that if it is too urgent, the CM can meet Finance Minister Arun Jaitley or Home Minister Rajnath Singh. While BJP leader Vijay Sonkar Shastri said that the PM could have taken the decision looking at the non-urgency of the subjects that Kejriwal wanted to discuss, other political parties had differentiating view. They are of the view that such a decision by the prime minister is disappointing and show that the PM is not worried about the concerns of the national capital.
