Patna police using bicycles to patrol small lanes
Patna, May 25 (ANI): Ever seen police patrolling streets on bicycles? Yes the innovative idea came from none other than Bihar's Patna, where cycles have been inducted to cover the small areas, which have less presence of police personnel. Giving details, the city SSP said the idea popped up to allot constable in areas where the presence of officials is low. He added that he hopes the experiment will turn out to be fruitful in protecting people's lives at night.
