PM assured to end manual scavenging: Aamir Khan
New Delhi, July 16 (ANI): Bollywood actor Aamir Khan today met Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh and Union social welfare minister Mukul Wasnik in New Delhi and highlighted the rising concerns of manual scavenging in the country. Interacting with reporters, Khan said that he was assured by the PM that he will look into the matter on a priority basis. Recently, Khan has been in the limelight for his television show Satyamev Jayate based on social issues and malpractices.
