PM Modi addresses SAARC summit in Kathmandu
Kathmandu, Nov 26 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the SAARC summit in Nepal's capital Kathmandu on wednesday. Modi said that it is very important for SAARC nations to work with a collective effort towards development. He said that when we talk of SAARC only two opinions are held- cynicism and scepticism which is extremely sad. He said that communication means should be eased between SAARC nations so that connectivity is increased.
