Oyakodon
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken - 100 gms
Eggs - 2
Water - 1 cup
Dashi no moto - 1 tsp
Mirin - 1 tsp
Kikkoman Soy - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Onion -1/2 sliced
A few Spring onion stock
Nori sheet
Cooked Japanese rice
Method:
1. Add Water to a pan.
2. Add Dashi no moto, Mirin, Kikkoman Soy, Sugar, Onion, Spring onion stock & stir it well.
3. Then put the chicken pieces in to the sauce & let the chicken cook up to 60%.
4. Now beat the eggs & pour it on the chicken sauce. Once egg is getting cooked remove it from fire.
5. Then pour it on top of the cooked Japanese rice.
6. Garnish it with shredded Nori sheet & spring onions stock.
