Normalcy will return soon in Assam: Tarun Gogoi
Guwahati/Bangalore, Aug 22 (ANI): Commenting on the Northeast exodus, Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has said that the situation is attaining normalcy with locals retuning to their respective cities. Interacting with media persons today in Guwahati Gogoi also said that this development is a positive sign for the violence hit state. Meanwhile, Olympic bronze medallist Boxer Mary Kom who hails from Manipur expressed concern over the situation and hoped for peace to prevail.
