No doubt legal system is in crisis: Prashant Bhushan
New Delhi, Apr 24 (ANI): Senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan on Sunday supported Chief Justice of India (CJI) T.S. Thakur's recent remark on judiciary, saying that there is no doubt that the legal system is in crisis. Bhushan pointed out that the central government for not allotting money to designate more judges in the judicial system. The noted lawyer further said that because of the weakness of the judiciary the cases remain pending.
