Nepal Quake: Aftershocks likely to continue, precautions need to be taken, say Seismologist
New Delhi, April 26 (ANI): Seismologist OP Mishra on Sunday said precautions need to be taken as aftershocks are likely to continue in Nepal which was hit by massive earthquake yesterday killing over 2000 and injuring around 5000 people. A powerful, magnitude 6.7 aftershock again shook Kathmandu on Sunday, just a day after the devastating quake destroyed the region. The tremors were also felt in North India, sending people yelling and running for open ground. There was panic among residents as many people claimed seeing shaking of the entire building.
