Narain Karthikeyan gears up for F1 Japan Grand Prix
Coimbatore, Aug 31 (ANI): India’s first Formula One (F1) driver Narain Karthikeyan said that he was preparing for the F1 race to be held in Japan later this year. Formula 1 Japan Grand Prix is scheduled to be held from September 25-27. Interacting with mediapersons on the sidelines of a quiz event in Coimbatore, Karthikeyan spoke about his plans for the upcoming tournament. In 2011, the 34-year-old Chennai-born driver replaced HRT regular Vitantonio Liuzzi for his country’s inaugural grand prix and finished 17th and ahead of team mate Daniel Ricciardo at the Buddh International Circuit.
