MS Dhoni biopic gets delayed again!

We all know that Team India's cricket captain MS Dhoni is getting his own bio-pic and people are eagerly waiting to know when we ghet to see the portrayal of the World Cup winner on screen. But to the dismay of many, the shoot has apparently been postponed as the studio wants to keep the budget in check. The movie is called "M.S Dhoni - The Untold Story'.
The movie stars Sushant Singh Rajput as MS and the cricketer himself is co-producing the film. As this is a sports related film, the producers have to pay huge amounts of money to the BCCI to acquire footage of matches and the negotiations regarding the price are ongoing. The price for the footage currently stands at 15 crores.
The movie is directed by Neeraj Pandey and the budget is estimated to be around 80 crores. The film was supposed to roll from last year, but due the recent developments of the skipper retiring from test cricket and the birth of his daughter have caused reworking of the script. But a source close to the project says the script is ready and the film will roll once the financial technicalities have been sorted.
