MHA Notification: Delhi HC passes interim order, directs LG to consider proposal sent by Delhi Govt
New Delhi, May 29 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Friday turned down plea challenging constitutional authorities of Delhi Lieutenant Governor and passed the interim order on MHA notification. The Court directed LG Najeeb Jung to consider proposals sent by Delhi Government. The Court said that if LG is not satisfied with the proposals, he can send it back to the Council of Ministers. HC has also asked the Delhi Government to file a detailed affidavit on how previous Governments were taking their decisions.
