MEET THE MAHADALIT WOMEN DRUM BAND OF PATNA
"Nari Gunjan Band is a band formed by ten Mahadalit women drummers. A year back these women were unemployed and used to work in fields and as maids in houses. It took them just ten months of practice to become what they are today. They have performed in Five start hotels in Patna many times. Now they have been invited at different places of Bihar. All these drummers of Nari Gunjan band are from Danapur, Patna.
