London Olympic 2012: Alexandre Vinokourov wins gold
London, July 29 (ANI): Kazakh Alexandre Vinokourov upset Britains plan to set up a massive sprint finish for Mark Cavendish when he claimed the gold medal in the Olympic cycling road race. Colombias Rigoberto Uran disputed the finish with Vinokourov down The Mall near Buckingham Palace but had to settle for the silver medal. Norways Alexander Kristoff picked up the bronze medal eight seconds behind.
