Locals block road, demand black topping of road leading to Udhampur bus stand
Udhampur (J&K), Sep 29 (ANI): Locals, Bus stand Shop Keeper Union, Chamber of Commerce from Udhampur district in Jammu and Kashmir today held a protest against district administration demanding early black topping of the road leading to the bus stand on Wednesday. The protestors blocked the exit point of bus stand thereby restricting the movement of the buses. Hundreds of commuters had to face hardships as protestors blocked bus stands and did not allow buses to ply. The protestors further alleged that the situation became worse during the rainy season and the whole bus stand turned into small pond filled with dirty water , due to which passengers faced a lot of hardship.
