Landmark ___ Lal Bagh Botanical Garden
Regarded as one of the most richly diverse botanical garden in Southasia, Lal Bagh Botanical Garden in Bangalore was laid out by then king of Mysore Hyther Ali. The garden was built on the lines of Mughal Gardens that was gaining popularity around that time. The garden spreads across 240 acres of land and blossoms throughout the year. Having over 1,000 species of flora, the garden also has trees that are over 100 years old.
