Kofta Anarkali
Ingredients
For Kofta
Paneer - 1 cup grated
Dry fruits - 2 tsp chopped
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp chopped
All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
For Anarkali
Oil - 3 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp chopped
Ginger - 1/2 tsp chopped
Onion - 2 tbsp chopped
Tomato puree - 3 tbsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashewnut paste - 2 tsp
Apple
Pineapple
A few Coriander leaves
Dry Methi powder - 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream - 2 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Method:
Kofta
1. Mix the grated Paneer with Dry fruits, Sugar, Jeera powder & chopped Coriander leaves & make in to a cylindrical shape.
2. Coat it with All-purpose flour & Deep fry it till it turns brown color. Kofta is ready.
Anarkali
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and saute till light brown colour.
3. Add the chopped onion and saute it for few minutes.
4. Add the tomato puree and mix well
5. Now add kashmir chilly powder, salt, sugar and jeera powder
6. Add some water and let the mix to boil
7. Now add the cashew nut paste and cream and mix well
8. Add some more water and let it boil
9. Add apple, pineapple cubes and dry methi powder
10. Mix well and let it boil again
11. Add whipped cream and mix well
12. Finally add the butter
