KJo is as patriotic as anybody else, says film-maker Shyam Benegal
New Delhi, Oct 19 (ANI): Voicing his support for Karan Johar's forthcoming film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' amid the ongoing controversy surrounding the ban on Pakistani artistes, filmmaker Shyam Benegal on Wednesday said that it was sad to see Karan is being unnecessarily dragged into the controversy. In the recent development, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers today gathered at Multiplex Metro Cinema to protest against the screening of 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' that stars Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in the prominent role. Celebs including Anurag Kashyap, Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Sajid Nadiadwala have earlier come out in the support of Karan Johar.
