Reacting to the demands of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) aspirants of scrapping the CSAT exam over alleged discrimination against Hindi-speaking aspirants, former minister of external affairs and Congress leader Salman Khurshid said there is a need for some changes in format of the civil services exam. Speaking exclusively to nnis, Khurshid said it is more important to make people understand the things that the government is doing for them.
