Iran's envoy to India wants to promote yoga in his country
Haridwar, May 06 (ANI): Iran's ambassador to India, Gholamreza Ansari, announced to promote yoga in his country after visiting a camp of yoga guru Ramdev in Haridwar. Ramdev said that Iran was planning to set up a yoga centre like Patanjali for promoting Indian tradition of spirituality, yoga (Indian psycho-physical science) and ayurveda. Ansari said yoga could connect and strengthen ties between the two countries. Yoga is a science that originated in India and Patanjali is helping reinforce mental and physical faculties in an individual.
