India is not 'red tape' but 'red carpet': PM Modi
Tokyo, Sept 02 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed Japan External Trade Organization and Nikkei in Tokyo. Modi said that usually foreigners are of mindset that India is a 'red tape', but now India has become the 'red carpet' for outsiders. He also said that India is a young nation and thus it increases its possibilities of growth in market and will provide the best platform for investment.
