India, Bangladesh discuss insurgents issue, cross-border smuggling at bilateral meet
New Delhi, Aug 24 (ANI): India and Bangladesh discussed issues related to illegal migration, seizure of fake currencies along the border, smuggling of cattle and weapons in each others' territories during a bilateral meet of the border guarding forces of both the nations in New Delhi on Sunday. The Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) led by its Director General, Major General Aziz Ahmed, said they have not got information about production of fake currency in Bangladesh and it originates from outside. The BGB delegation is on a five-day visit to India for the bi-annual 'Border Co-ordination Conference'. India's paramilitary Border Security Force (BSF) team was led by its Director General DK Pathak.
