Increasing cases of swine flu and dengue create panic among people in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Sep 03 (ANI): At least three cases of swine flu and 89 cases of dengue were reported in Hyderabad in the last two months spreading panic among people. The three cases of swine flu (H1N1 virus) were reported in the last one week. The infected patients were stable and undergoing treatment at different hospitals including state-run Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad while two more persons were undergoing treatment at a private hospital. Last year, at least 53 cases were reported in the city. Gandhi Hospital has a special ward for treating H1N1 patients. It was the nodal centre during swine flu outbreak last year. The doctors have issued precautionary advisories.
