Human rights violations in Gilgit
Gilgit, July 23: These pictures clearly show the brutal and inhuman face of the Pakistan army. In clear violation of human rights, police often beat up political activists who are lodged in various jails. Political activists from Gilgit Baltistan, including Baba Jan Hunzai, frequently face such Pakistani atrocities. For over nine months Baba Jan and four fellow activists have been languishing in the Central Jail at Gilgit.
