Hindon Air Force Station: NDRF teams and relief material being sent to Kathmandu
Hindon, April 25 (ANI): Following the deadly earthquake in Nepal and northern parts of India, the Indian Air Force has pressed its aircrafts into service for search, rescue and relief operations in Kathmandu. The aircrafts were loaded with rescue and relief material at the Hindon Air Force Base on Saturday ready to depart for Nepal. Indian Air Force's C-130J Super Hercules has already left for Kathmandu with NDRF personnel and rescue material. The aircrafts were also fully equipped to handle any medical emergencies. Meanwhile, NDRF teams are fully equipped to respond to the disaster situation. The Indian government had earlier announced that Nepal will be provided with every assistance required to handle this crisis.
