HERALD CASE: HEARING SCHEDULED FOR 9th DEC
A Delhi Court has set 9th December as the date when the case against Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Congress Vice-president Rahul Gandhi and others, over the issue of acquisition of National Herald daily will be heard. The case had been filed by senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy.
