Gunmen take hostages at cafe in Dhaka's diplomatic quarter
Gunmen in the Bangladeshi capital Dhaka take hostages at a restaurant popular with expatriates as police prepare to storm the location. Islamic State says 20 people have been killed in the attack. Deborah Lutterbeck reports.
