Garlic Mayo Sauce for Shawarma
Ingredients
Oil - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1 no.
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Dijon Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Method:
1. First blend oil & egg.
2. Then add salt, pepper, chopped garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, vinegar & blend it all in.
3. If the sauce is not thickened you can add vinegar.
4. Garlic Mayo Sauce for Shawarma is ready, you can refrigerate it also.
