GOGOI WRITES TO RAJNATH OVER ASSAM-NAGALAND TENSION
Even as a month has passed after Naga millitants in Golaghat district killed 14 Assamese villagers, the situation in the disputed border belt is far from normal. Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi reviewed the situation on the border and wrote a letter to Union home minister Rajnath Singh, apprising him of the prevailing situation and the need to rehabilitate displaced persons at the earliest.
