Flood warning issued across Assam as Brahmaputra River level rises
Guwahati (Assam), Apr 22 (ANI): With increase in rainfall on the higher parts North-Eastern states of India, there is a significant rise in the water level of Brahmaputra River. Flood warning has been issues by Central Water Commission due to rising water level in lower parts of Assam. Brahmaputra is one of the five major rivers in the country.
