Five Maoists arrested
Khunti (Jharkhand), May 06 (ANI): Five Maoists, including an area commander, were arrested by police in Khunti district of Jharkhand. The arrested Maoists are members of People's Liberation Front of India, a breakaway faction of Communist Party of India - Maoist. All the rebels were wanted in several cases of murder, loot and extortion. Police also recovered several items from the rebels, including two pistols, several cartridges, eight mobile phones and a motorcycle.
