Fish Cutlet Ingredients: Seer Fish - 1/4 Kg Onion - 2 nos chopped Green chilli - 2 nos A piece of Ginger A few cloves of Garlic A few Coriander leaves Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Chilli powder - 1 tsp Salt to taste Boiled Potatoes - 2 nos Egg - 1 no Bread crumbs Oil for frying Fish Cutlet Recipe in English: https://goo.gl/38sVSY Fish Fingers Recipe: https://goo.gl/wabTez Fish Omelette Recipe: https://goo.gl/v4Lzic Method: 1. Boil the Seer fish in Water with some Salt & Turmeric powder 2. Once cooked, debone, remove the skin & shred it 3. Add the chopped Onions, Green chilli, a piece of Ginger chopped, a few cloves of chopped Garlic & a few chopped Coriander leaves 4. Add 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Chilli powder & Salt 5. Grate the 2 nos of Boiled Potatoes 6. Mix them well. Fish Cutlet mixture is ready. 7. Make flat patties & Refrigerate it for about 10 minutes 8. Beat an egg 9. Dip the patty in the egg, then roll it over Bread crumbs 10.
