Falafel - Recipe
Ingredients: Chickpeas/Chana - 100 gms (soaked overnight)
Garlic - 4 Cloves
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 no. (Medium Sized - Chopped)
Few fresh Parsley
Salt - 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour/Maida - 2 tsp
Method:
1. To a blender/mixer, Add Chickpeas/Chana, Garlic, Cumin seeds, Coriander powder, Pepper, Cayenne pepper, chopped Onion, Parsley, Salt & All Purpose Flour/Maida.
2. Blend them to a coarse paste. No need to add water
3. Make patties or roll them to small balls
4. Deep fry till they are crispy brown.
