FOOTIE LOSES LIFE CELEBRATING GOAL
Football, goals and celebration go hand in hand. While everybody loved the somersault performed by Atletico-de-Kolkata’s player Fikru in the inaugural match against Mumbai City FC, these celebrations at times can be fatal. A young footballer lost his life in India’s north-east over the weekend after injuring his spinal cord while celebrating a goal he scored.
