Encounter between security forces, militants underway
Kulgam (Jammu and Kashmir), Dec 03 (ANI): An encounter broke out between security forces and militants in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district on Saturday. Following intelligence inputs about the presence of militants, security forces have launched a search operation in the area. The encounter is still underway.
