Description:
Egg Pepper Masala
Ingredients
Boiled Eggs - 12
Onion - 4 finely chopped
Tomato - 3 chopped
Tomato puree - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 6 to 7 cloves chopped
A piece of Ginger finely chopped
Oil - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cinnamon
Clove
Cardamom
Method
1. Pour about 1tbsp of oil in a wide pan. Add cinnamon, clove, cardamom, onions, garlic and ginger.
2. Add tomato puree and chopped tomatoes after the onions turn golden brown.
3. Add a tsp of salt and pepper.
4. Let it cook for about a minute.
The masala for the egg is now ready.
5. Cut the egg in horizontally or vertically and place it on the masala.
6. Add few curry leaves on the top and gently mix it.
NOTE: Do not break the eggs pieces.
7. Coat the egg pieces with the masala.
Your Egg pepper masala is all ready now.
Serve it hot.
