Early trends in Scotland's 'independence polls' suggest a 'No' to independence from UK

Edinburgh, Sep 19 (ANI): Voters in Scotland turned out in unprecedented numbers for an independence referendum and early results suggested they were not in favor of ending Scotland's 307-year union with England. Polling stations closed in Edinburgh after a day of voting in an historic referendum on Scottish independence. Thursday brought a mixed bag of opinions from the Scottish capital. While others felt there was no need for a change. Final results are expected to be announced Friday morning.
